Expectations for Those Attending WCB-Sponsored Events: Washington Council of the Blind strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all of our event participants. Attendees at WCB-sponsored events are expected to govern themselves in an appropriate, acceptable and sociable manner at all times, whether in person or on Zoom. By completing this registration for WCB Convention, I hereby waive any and all claims, causes of action, demands, or assertions of any kind whatsoever, which I may have or obtain, now or in the future, against WCB and/or its subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, managers, insurers, affiliates, and volunteers, thereof, which may arise out of or in connection with any tours, activities, events, lodging or occasions which are held in connection or in association with WCB's Convention, including without limitation, any offsite activities and events of any kind, wherever located and whenever held.
This Waiver of Claims is made willingly, knowingly, and with the full intention that it be effective on and after the date written below, with respect to any claims, causes of action, demands, or assertions of any kind which may have previously occurred, or which may in the future occur with respect to any of the foregoing.
